New wayfinding and interior design for Vejle Municipality.
This project aimed to streamline Vejle Kommune's interior design to make it easier for citizens to find the correct departments, along with reducing clutter and confusing notes and information. This included designing new and consistent wayfinding as well.
My part of the project was making to-scale plans of the project, interior design and 3D-models of wall decorations and certain pieces of furniture.
Before:
The lack of color-coordination meant that it was difficult for citizens to distinguish between departments, especially since the hallways were all very similar.
After
Here you see the hallways and open spaces with new furniture and wall decorations, with each department having their own color scheme for easy identificiation. The wooden wave was designed in Cinema 4D and custom made to fit the space available.
